Our gift cards never expire.
Under California law, gift cards and certificates sold to customers in this state may not include an expiration date unless a specific statutory exception applies. That means the value stays good until the card is redeemed or replaced. (FindLaw Codes)

If your balance is less than $15, you can ask for cash instead of using the card.
Beginning April 1, 2026, California law requires that physical and electronic gift cards with a remaining balance under $15.00 be redeemable for cash upon request. This replaces the previous $10 threshold. (LegiScan)

We won’t charge fees like dormancy or maintenance on your gift card, except in very limited statutory cases (which will be separately documented).
