Because even delicious baked goods need a little structure.

Placing Orders

All orders are presale and online. Preorder window will open on Sundays at NOON. All orders for our delicious bakery items must be placed no later than Thursdays at 3:00 PM. If you miss the cutoff, don’t worry—you can still dream about carbs, cookies, and brownies until next week.

Pick-Up Details

All orders are picked up at a predetermined location Sundays between 

11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Once order is placed, you will be notified about the exact location in the Bennett Valley area of Santa Rosa. 

Delivery?

Sorry, friends—delivery is unavailable at this time. It’s just you, your car, and the sweet smell of baked goods and fresh sourdough.

Pick-Up Reminders

You’ll receive friendly text reminders. The first one will be sent 2 hours before your pickup window , then again 15 minutes prior. That’s your nudge to set an alarm, grab your keys, and come get your goodies.

Missed Pick-Ups

If your order isn’t picked up by 1:00 PM, it will be donated to someone who needs a little extra joy—and no refunds will be given. We know, tough love. But the baked goods can’t sit around waiting for their forever home.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before the presale window closes on Thursdays at 3:00pm by emailing: 📧 kneadedandcrumb@gmail.com or texting 707.228.8768. After that? The dough has already started its journey—no cancellations or refunds can be given. 

Issues With Your Order

If something isn’t right with your baked goods, please reach out within 24 hours of pickup. We want you to love every crumb, and we’ll do our best to make things right.
